NOAH OSWALD (1REBEL PRODUCTIONS INTERN)
Team: Red Team
Years in VNN: 2nd year

I joined VNN by accident, but it has been the best part of the day ever since! I joined thinking the class was a designated period to work on the then-Athletic Internship (now 1Rebel Productions). But I jumped headfirst into the world of VNN, and it is now the favorite thing in the world. Being in VNN has opened a world of opportunities, along with other activities like Show Choir or Youth Leadership Vestavia Hills. I am excited for the opportunities that are available to me this year. And I cannot wait for VNN State. Somebody get a broom because VNN is coming to sweep!

EK SIMPSON (1REBEL PRODUCTIONS INTERN)

I joined VNN because I loved watchhing the show and I wanted to be involved it something that seemed so fun. I'm really involved in youth leadership and In my free time I'm either hanging out with my friends or taking photos. I'm most excited to take pics at the basketball games and vnn state this year.

I joined the class to learn more about how cameras work. I enjoy learning about that. I am the floor manager, which means I do the teleprompter. I enjoy viewing movies and the internet.

I joined VNN because I have enjoyed creating movies since I was young. I really enjoy editing videos. Outside of VNN, I am a member of VHHS's math team, mock trial team, Youth Leadership, and RISE. In my freetime, I enjoy reading and crocheting. I am excited to learn more about using cameras, and I am excited to be an intern!

I joined VNN so that I could explore photography and editing. I love filming the daily announcements with my team every day. I am involved in Show Choir, Ambassadors, and Vestavia Belles. I am excited for ASPA!!

I joined VNN to get more experience in broadcasting and tv production. I enjoy being apart of a team and contributing ideas towards the show. I am apart of the 1Rebel Productions team and I love spending time with my family and friends. I am excited for ASPA and being apart of VNN this year.

GRACE ANN SWIFT (1REBEL PRODUCTIONS INTERN)

I joined VNN because I want to work for ESPN one day! I had loved meeting new friends, working on videos, being apart of the sports team, Mrs J, and going to ASPA! I am also a VHHS football cheerleader, an SGA Representative, Diamond Doll, member of Rebel Up, and Youth Leadership! I love hanging out with family at the beach or the lake, and I also love attending all Auburn sporting events! I am so excited to continue our new sports show and go to ASPA!

ELLA TAYLOR (1REBEL PRODUCTIONS INTERN)

I joined VNN because I love taking pictures, filming videos, and editing, so I thought it would be a cool oppurtunity to learn how to get better at these things. The thing I enjoy most in VNN is filming announcments, segments, and reels. I am in the band and in my freetime I like to play hockey and I am a counselor at ATB during the school year and Kids Kamp during the summer at my church. I am excited for ASPA and being apart of VNN this year.

I joined VNN because my older brother Lawson was in it and I had to be better than him. I enjoy being an anchor and interviewing important people. In my free time I like to go to church and work out at planet fitness. I am excited for the competition at the end of the year.

CAROLINE BISHOP (1REBEL PRODUCTIONS INTERN)

I joined VNN out of my passion for the broadcasting, producing and the photography world! I love getting to be a producer for my team and getting to manage the tasks of what we do everyday! I am involved as a 1Rebel Productions intern, I work closely with photography with the football team, I am on New Student Committee and Rebel Up Club, as well as I am involved in the VHHS Choral Department. I am most excited for our trip back to ASPA!

I joined VNN because the class sounded fun and I thought I would enjoy it. I love broadcasting the games as an intern. In my freetime I normally bake. My favorite thing to bake is gluten free crumble cookies (sugar of course). I am excited to film games and be an anchor in the daily show.

I joined VNN to learn how to operate and film using cameras, so far i have learned ltos and am excited to learn lots more. I am excited to film the show everyday.

TESSA SPURLING

I'm involved in Show Choir, Just Singin', Theater, and VNN! I joined VNN my freshman year because I thought it sounded like a really fun class! I didn't really know what I was going to do, and so I joined this class at the last minute! I'm so glad I did! I love the community in VNN, everyone is super sweet and talented! I'm excited for the more advanced class, meeting new people, and pushing myself in editing skills and filming.

I joined VNN because I have always loved making and editing video, so I knew I would love this class! I love taking pictures at the football games and hearing everyone cheer for our amazing team. I am a P/R intern so I work on social media and sports media! In my free time I do a lot of crafts like painting, bedazzling, and making bracelets. I am most excited to work at more sports events!

I want to get into video production and writing because I LOVE TV!!!! I'm a member of the band (tuba player), and I like to develop worlds for a book/TV show I want to make it in my freetime. I am most excited to write scripts.

I joined VNN because I've had an interest in media production for the majority of my life, and I enjoy working with cameras and accomplishing tasks involving a team effort. In my freetime, I enjoy spending time with friends, hiking, and swimming. I am excited for the new opportunities in making friends, completing projects with an emphasis on collaboration, and having fun.
